VERDICTS were expected today in the trial of a Llanelli man who denies raping three teenage girls.
Judge Keith Thomas began summing up the case yesterday and deliberations by the jury of six men and six Swiss Army Watches women were due to start this morning.
Accused at Swansea Crown Court is 22-year-old Dean Cleobury, of Rhandir, Bynea, and formerly of Culfor Road, Loughor. Cleobury denies rape charges involving two girls aged 16 and one aged 15.
The youngest complainant was allegedly raped last August during a camping trip to Pembrey Country Park.
The court has heard that, at the time, Cleobury was on bail accused of wholesale lingerie sexually attacking the two other complainants.
He is alleged to have raped a 16-year-old five years ago, and another 16-year-old in 2008 after she fell asleep at a party.
Jaeger-LeCoultre WatchesGiving evidence earlier this week, Cleobury denied having sex with two of the complainants and claimed that sex with the other was consensual.
